Development practitioners around the world are increasingly stressing the significant role of culture in the creation of unequal development, poverty, conflict and fragile governance. This is a manual put together by GIZ FLICT in the form of a workshop guide, to document and share the knowledge base it has developed in conflict transformation. The workshop has a strong focus on internal transformation of individuals, groups, organisations and communities.
