Sri Lanka faces several challenges in the post-conflict era. The first is eradicating poverty and restoring infrastructure and services to the North/East. Another challenge is to generate employment to relieve the burden of unemployment that falls heavily on youth, females and the educated. This report provides a medium strategy to assist in the improvement and development of the education and training sector of the country.
