The Asian Development Bank was contracted to provide technical assistance to the Government of Sri Lanka to formulate a strategy for the Energy Sector’s Master Plan to develop a sustainable energy sector for the country. This volume presents the proposal by which this master plan will be undertaken. It outlines the background and overview for the project, the organization strategy, the approach and methodology as well as the background information of all those involved in the undertaking of the project.
