‘Gender and pre-school education’ is about the children at early childhood stage in selected areas in the Western Province. The main objective of this study is to observe the socialisation process and gender discrimination in pre schools. This research was conducted to identify behavior and attitudes of the children towards gender equality and to introduce gender equality practices within children. Children were interviewed individually and their behavior patterns and teacher behaviors were observed to carry out this research.
