This research has been done targeting women who are working in factories to identify their livelihood and empowerment even though by receiving a regular salary. The study mainly focus on three gender-based measures which are gender empowerment measure (GEM), global gender gap (GGGI) index and UNDP’s gender gap index (GII). Throughout this publication, experiences of women’s empowerment and dis-empowerment is explained and it measures how much women are successful being empowered through their career experiences.
