A citizen report card (CRC) is a way that enables citizens to evaluate the services provided by the government. CRS have been experimented within India as well as several other countries over a decade now. This paper narrates the experience of using CRS in Bangalore where the feasibility of this approach was first tested in relation to the major public services in the city.
