The Northeast of Sri Lanka currently traverses through a period of reconstruction after the end of nearly three-decades of war and the government has embarked on large-scale reconstruction programmes. This publication is a compilation of research findings by scholars on Northeast development and practitioners with years of experience relating to recovery, development and psychological welling of people of the Northeast.
