Knowledge Networking for Rural Development in Asia-Pacific (ENRAP) was formed as a partnership between International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to support knowledge sharing and networking amongst the poverty alleviation projects and partners of IFAD located in the Asia-Pacific region. This publication reports this program and illustrates the challenges and processes of knowledge sharing in poverty reduction programmes in remote rural areas that have poor connectivity and severe resource constrains.
