The report is a detailed account of the conference proceedings of the Young Researchers' Collective forum held on 20-21st January 2012. It highlights key topics under the broader theme of “Youth Voices in Post-War Sri Lanka. The country needs to invest in its youth and also be able to deliver to the aspirations of a new generation living in a liberated country. Equal opportunity, impartiality on ethnic and religious norms and gender equality are key areas of discussion. The socio-political mechanism and crime and justice also need to be looked into in order to develop the country.
