The report published by the Marga Institue in September 2011 consists of seminar reports, working papers, connected papers and other material pertaining to the last stages of the War in Sri Lanka. The report includes works of notable persons such as Godfrey Gunatilleke, Ambassador Jayantha Dhanapala and other distinguished persons. The Marga Institute is committed to non-partisan review of national policies and hopes to engage of all sections and this report was facilitated by a working paper prepared for the purpose of not only reviewing the reporting of the fallout on post-war issues. The issues of accountability is the key highlight which was brought to much focus by the United Nations Secretary General in respect of the last stages of the war.
