This is based on the Eighth National Convention on Women’s Studies organised by CENWOR in 2002.
Thirty nine papers were presented at seven sessions focusing Women in the Economy, Literature, Social Issues, Mobilisation/Empowerment, Education, Health and Conflict. This publication presents the results of the paper on Counselling. The paper focuses on the role of mothers in their children’s mental wellbeing, particularly in solving children’s psychological issues with the assistance of mothers.
