The aim of the Rapid Assessment (RA) is to gain a better understanding of the nature and the intensity of the Worst Forms of Child Labour (WFCL). This study combines rapid assessment methods and conventional questionnaire surveys to gain a better understanding of trafficking children for exploitative purposes. The study acquired its information from a variety of sources such as individual interviews, knowledge institutions, key informants, focus group discussions and a questionnaire survey of a 150 households. It examines the perceptions about child trafficking and the causes and consequences of it. The study also looks at common factors among the children who get trafficked and analyses and conveys information regarding the perpetrators of crimes and their networks. It uses case studies and statistics to create a clearer understanding on the issue. In light of all the information in this study, it presents recommendations on how to combat this problem.
